Blinking LED is a flashing LED that have a build in IC inside. It's widely used on alarm instructions, toy flashlights and other electronic gift products. When you put it in the circuit, you don't have to add other components, so long as the appropriate DC operating voltage (4.5V) is added to the pin ends, it can scintillate. Light-emitting diodes can also be divided into ordinary monochrome light-emitting diodes, high brightness light-emitting diodes, ultra-high brightness light-emitting diodes, color-changing light-emitting diodes, scintillating light-emitting diodes, voltage-controlled light-emitting diodes, infrared light-emitting diodes and negative resistance light-emitting diodes.
