There have a heat sink on the bottom of the multi-wavelength LED infrared 5050 SMT LED, so that this LED can dispatch the heat much better than normal 5050 SMD LED even when the chip got a high power inside of SMD LED. On the other hand, this 5050 SMD LED(1.05mm) case are also thinner than normally 5050 LED(1.5mm), which is also good for the heating dispatch. You can add different chip as your apllication inside of the SMT LED 5050, like there can handle with red LED chip, IR LED chip, yellow LED chip, blue LED chip inside.
