This is two color LED, which means there will have 2 color inside one LED. 309URYGWD include red through-hole LED and yellow green LED inside. Normally there will need 2 pins to connect the DIP LED for each color. But in this package, we just need 3 pins because the middle pins are common cathode pins for connection. This LED are perfectly for the LED indicator because we package it with milky lens, which make it have soft and diffused light.
