   As we know, 830nm LED are wildly used in kinds of application such as medical application, beauty industry, infrared therapy or night vision system ect. There also have kinds of package way for 830nm LED bare die. These 830nm infrared LED bare die was packaged by 2*3*2mm epoxy light blue lens. These shape got a flat emitting top. With this shape, this LED will got wider viewing angle than the 3mm or 5mm round top LED. On the other hand, this shape of LED have a small size, which can be more easier to fit with your project when you don't have that much space to install the LED.  As we know, LED bare die can be package with variety of shape and lens.
