        The range of 440nm-480nm wavelength are belong to Blue LED. There have kinds of encapsulation way for the LED chip such as: through-hole LED(including diffused DIP LED, clear lens LED, straw hat LED, bullet top LED, rectangular LED ect), SMD LED(surface mount device), high power SMD LED ect. There also have  various name for blue LED, such as deep blue LED, blue LED, water blue LED, pale blue LED, navy blue LED ect.
