From the picture as follow, we can see the LED chip are just right in the middle of this SMD LED. Which can make sure the brightness will be comeing out in the middle. At the same time, we also produce this LED with gold wire donding, which make this 520nm LED can handle higher operation current and get stable performance at the same time. We can light up this Green LED with small current, even it's just 2mA. But this SMD LED will just emits dim green light at 2mA. When you pass more current to it, it will emits more bright as your current. Let's just say you can control this brightness of green LED as your operation current. But make sure it's within 30mA.
