Multilayer R-F circuit board

12- layer Multilayer rigid-flex circuit board. Base material FR4 TG180 + PI. surface finished is immersion gold. Finished copper thickness inner and outer are both 1oz. Total board thickness is 1.0mm. unit size is 121*202mm.Min.line width/line spacing is 0.08mm/0.08mm. There are dozens of BGA chips designed in this board.

Our conventional capacity is that the rigid board can be 1-40 layers; Flex Printed Circuit Board & Rigid-Flexible Circuit PCB board & Flexible board with stiffened board can do 1-12 layers.
We can provide both sample and volume order for customers.
