Multilayer impedance control board

8 layer Impedance ENIG pcb board. Surface treatment ENIG 2U". Green slodermask and white silkscreen. Inner copper 1 oz and outer copper finished 1.5 oz. board thickness 1.6mm +/-10%. 4-UP panel connect with Stamp holes. Design with 50 ohms single end impedance and 100 ohms differential impedance, tolerance +/-10%. 

Multilayer circuit boards are generally made of inner-layer patterns first, and then printed or etched to make single-sided or double-sided substrates. According to engineers' design stacks, the properties are sequenced and pressed at high temperatures. The process after lamination is roughly the same as that for the double-sided panel.
