Single side flexible printed circuit board

Single side flexible printed circuit board, PI material with yellow coverlay. Finished copper thickness 0.5oz. Total board thickness is only 0.15mm. The minimum line width / spacing is 0.15 / 0.15mm. surface finished is Immersion gold 2u'.  This board with edge connector. 
The characteristic of the Flex board is easy to bend, which is widely used in the instrument.
