Topscom is able to work with all surface mount packages. From BGAs, Chip Scale Packages and passives down to 01005, we manage diverse packages with high placement accuracy, solder joint integrity and quality.

Conventional PCB assembly

We have highly experienced assembly staff with the traditional electronics assembly skills required to produce conventional `through hole` PCB assemblies. In addition to prototypes, these can be produced in small, medium and larger volume batches, including complex boards and assemblies for OEMs operating in high reliability sectors.

RoHS compliance

We support our customers to meet the requirements of the RoHS directive by advising them how to achieve lead-free product status. Topscom supplies manufacturer specified components from our customers BOM. This has always been our policy and there will be no change to this. As a supplier and not the end manufacturer, it would be impossible for us to identify either by customer or equipment whether any exceptions would apply to lead free products.

Whilst it is ultimately the responsibility of our customers to design out any parts that do not conform and provide us with replacement information as soon as possible, we will only be to happy to assist with this in any way possible.
