Yagi or LPDA which is better?

Adding elements to the Yagi Antenna increases its directivity or gain, while adding elements to the Log Periodic Antenna increases its frequency response or bandwidth. LPDA Antenna have longer range and higher gain than Yagi and omnidirectional antennas, but are more difficult to aim and highly directional. However, in rural or weak signal areas, these are undoubtedly your best options.
