Our ceramic plates are made of highly durable zirconia ceramics (ZrO2, zirconium oxide), which is extremely hard, with a Mohs hardness of 8.5, very close to diamond (Mohs hardness of 10). Therefore, precision machining of zirconia ceramic plates requires diamond machining tools. Our ceramic plates are manufactured from ultra-fine raw powder with a high density that can be finely ground and polished to a mirror finish.

Zirconia ceramic plates with excellent wear resistance, high strength, and superior corrosion resistance are ideal for structural components because their superior wear resistance greatly extends service life, reduces the need for frequent replacement, and lowers associated costs. In addition, the low thermal coefficient of zirconia ceramic plates allows for seamless assembly and compatibility with steel components.

We offer zirconia ceramic plates in custom sizes and machining specifications. We strive for precision and can achieve accuracies of up to +/- 0.002mm, while surfaces can be polished to a roughness of Ra0.1μm. If desired, thread holes can also be incorporated into the ceramic plates for convenient fastening purposes.
