Zirocnia Ceramics:

Zirconium oxide is mixed with ceramic powder and photocurable resin to form a ceramic slurry spread on a working platform. The computer-controlled UV-selective irradiation of the solution containing ceramic on the surface of the solution is formed by photopolymerization to form a polymer-bonded ceramic body. Controlling the movement of the platform in the z direction allows a new layer of solution to flow to the surface of the solidified portion so that the desired ceramic body can be formed
For special ceramic products (such as light-transmitting or non-oxide) which are difficult to sinter in air, the atmosphere sintering method is usually carried out by introducing a certain gas into the furnace to form a desired atmosphere, and the product is sintered in a to-be-determined atmosphere. According to different materials, different atmospheres such as oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and vacuum can be used. This method can prevent oxidation of ceramic materials at high temperatures, and can also promote sintering, increase product density and physical properties. The alumina light transmissive body for the sodium vapor lamp is a small sintered gas in a vacuum or hydrogen. In this special atmosphere, the gas in the isolated gas fLl or the gas in the pores of the product is replaced between the crystal grains. Rapid diffusion, the pores are easily eliminated, so that a product with a porosity close to the factory and excellent light transmission can be obtained.
