Silicon Nitride Ceramic:

Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide products have good thermal shock resistance, high temperature creep resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, and resistance to molten metal corrosion such as aluminum, lead, tin, and zinc. Replacing traditional silicon carbide products with Si3N4 combined with SiC products can reduce the weight of kiln furniture by 50%, increase the loading rate of the furnace pool by 16%, and save energy by more than 25%. Si3N4 combined with SiC shaped products are widely used, such as:
Si3N4 is combined with SiC kiln furniture. Different types of industrial furnaces require various kiln furniture to ensure product quality and make full use of the kiln volume.
