Wiring method
The same wiring method on both sides is called flat connection, and the different wiring method on both sides is called twist connection.

The N-net NT-IN126-4POE is a Industrial Fast Ethernet POE Switch. It supports 6 port 10/100BASE-T and 2 port 100Base-X.

The connection between different devices uses flat wiring; the same device connection uses twisted wiring.

NT-IN126-4POE Industrial Fast Ethernet POE Switch series is packaged in a compact IP40 case that allows either DIN rail or panel mounting for efficient usage of cabinet space.

Use flat wiring when connecting computers, routers to hubs and switches.
This is because of the 4 lines in the network cable, one pair is the input and the other pair is the output. The input should correspond to the output.

NT-IN126-4POE Industrial Fast Ethernet Switch series can support 4 ports POE function. Without power and wires, can power supply for HD IP Camera, wireless AP.IP phone and so on. Our Industrial Switch support IEEE802.3at, 25.5W output. 

If you connect 1 and 3 and 2 and 6, it is equivalent to sending your own output to your own input.
This can make the network card into a working state and prevent the empty interface from shutting down, which affects the operation of some programs. [2]

It supports in dual fiber single mode.
