(1) Bridge Protocol Data Unit: BPDU (Bridge Protocol Data Unit)
BPDU is a data unit for communication between spanning tree protocol switches and is used to determine roles.
NT-IN128 is a Industrial Fast Ethernet POE Switch with 10 ports. It supports 8 port 10/100BASE-T and 2 port 100Base-X.
(2) Bridge ID: Bridge ID
The identification number of the switch, which consists of priority and MAC address, priority 16 bits, MAC address 48 bits.
NT-IN128 Industrial Fast Ethernet POE Switch series is packaged in a compact IP40 case that allows either DIN Rail or panel mounting for efficient usage of cabinet space.
(3) Root bridge: Root bridge
The root bridge is defined as the switch with the smallest bridge number, and all ports of the root bridge will not be blocked.
