Application
LF-90 is a water-absorbent expansive flooding compound specifically designed for the external of loose tube. Its optimum working temperature is room temperature, and as the temperature increases, its viscosity will gradually decrease.
Feature
LF-90 is a water resistant flooding compound for optical cable .It remains soft at -50 ℃, does not drip at 80℃ . LF-90 is suitable for cold filling process because of its thixotropy .It has low hydrogen generation, zero oil separation, excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability.
Compatibility
LF-90 is well compatible with high polymer material,steel and aluminum . But we recommend that the compatibility test should be done before polymer materials are in contact with the grease.
Manufacturability
LF-90 is designed for the cold filling and avoids the void caused by the shrinkage of the ointment.
