 Application 

 DL-500 is a recyclable thixotropic insulating filling compound with extremely low dielectric constant and high dielectric strength. Parameters such as dielectric constant will hardly change with temperature.Very small thermal expansion coefficient, can completely replace the high-end silicone oil, silicone, SF6 gas and other insulation materials.

It can be widely used in resin-impregnated paper /FRP capacitance graded transformer bushing,high wall bushing ,power cable accessories and other electric transmission and transformation equipment which require extremely high dielectric strength .

Low density, low acid value, anti-corrosion, no sticky, will not leak, not easy to age , high pressure level, easy to fill, maintenance-free ,and excellent insulation, thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance.  

Compatibility

DL-500 is compatible with most of polymers, only minor interactions are shown when it tests with typical polymers or other materials.

But we recommend that the compatibility test should be done before polymer materials are in contact with the ointment.

Manufacturability

DL-500 is suitable for both cold and hot filling process.
