IQS INSPECTION provide professional inspection services in different stage of the production:
1)Factory Audit
The facory audit performed before you place the order to the new suppplier, the audit will help you understand the capabilities and conditions of a supplier before any business decisions are made, help you decide if the manaufacturer can meet your requirements.
2)Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
Pre-production inspection is usually done with materials which will be used for mass production. If these materials are faulty prior to production, then the entire order has a high probability of also being defective. The success of a product during production therefore relies heavily on a well-implemented pre-production inspection service.
3) During Production Inspection (DPI)
When 20% - 30% of goods have been completed, we inspect, evaluate and report on the quality of semi-finished and finished goods against your specifications. The DPI enables you to confirm that quality, functionality, appearance, and other factors are being maintained throughout the production process to your specification. It also provides an opportunity for early detection of any non-compliance issues, reducing delays in shipment.
4) Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Pre-shipment Inspection is performed when goods are 100% completed, packaged and ready for shipment. Our inspectors select random samples from finished goods according to the accepted international statistical standards. The PSI includes a full report on final quantities, packaging and compliance with AQL (acceptable quality levels).PSI INCLUDES: Quantity verification, Style, size and color, General appearance, Workmanship, Function & safety, Basic package integrity, Package details, Shipping marks.
5) Loading Supervision
Our inspectors will monitor the entire process. This includes a condition evaluation of the shipping container, verification of product information, quantities being loaded, packaging compliance, and overall supervision of the loading process. Once the container is loaded, an IQS seal is applied to the container to reduce the high risk of product substitution after loading.
