The material's of the flag is 440 g double sides printable pvc banner , we can print the graphic with uv ink , its quality is three years outside .

We print the double sides graphic in one time instead of twice .

The pole and bracket is also pvc material . The flag's pole length is 60 cm , we can do customized flagpole if you need. 

The min order is 1 pcs with custom graphic printing.

For application method , you can use 3 M double sides adhesive tape on the bracket or screw to attach the bracket on the wall .

The production process :

1. printing the graphic on double sides in one time with uv ink .

3. we will make bleed around the graphic before printing , so printed graphic  can match well on the front and back of the banner .

4. cutting each piece flag from the roll .

5.insert the flag into the pvc flagpole 

6. To check each finished shop front flag quality , the angle , the printing quality (again)

7. Packing the store wall flags  ( shop front flag ) into the carton

For our wall mount flags ,we have two kinds of poles to choose ,all of the poles are in white pvc plastic , please check below pictures to see the difference poles . For the material of flags , we also have different materials option , pvc banners , polyester flags , or paper.It has no MOQ for the pvc banners or polyester flag , it does not need the sample set up cost . But if you choose the paper to make the flag banner, the min order is 500 pcs  .Because it needs set up cost.

This bracket can not change the angle of the flag : The pole is fixed to the bracket.

The specification of our wall flags :

1. size of the flag :40*60 cm (this is normal size) ,custom size is available

2. material : 440 g pvc banner (double sides )or polyester (single side printing ) or 510 g pvc banner ,or 610 g pvc banner with double sides printing

3. Pole : 80 cm length pvc plastic pole with base (can use glue or screw to install it on the wall or window)

4.You can just buy the banners without pole and bracket if you already keep the poles and brackets in stock .

5.It is very easy to change the graphic .Very economic for several different events usage .

How to make the design ?

1. if our flags shape is acceptable by you ,then we will send you the template for designing .

2.You can organize the design with the shape of the flag you want .Just send us files with JPG , PDF,AI ,Eps  with 1:1 size you need ,and the dip needs 150-300 dpi .All of writing you want to show in the graphic need to transfer into graphic format ,so even our computers have no the same font ,the writing wont be replaced when we open the files with Photoshop or AI software.
