Frequently Asked Questions :

1. how many colors can I have in the artwork?

Any colors you want , we do the dye sublimation printing on the fabric , full colors printed . It is not silk screen printing (this way just can print simple logo color)

2.How long does it take to make a custom printed tents?

4-5 days

3. I am not a designer , how can I get the final artwork ?

Yes, our designer team can provide the complete design , and can send you the 3D mock - up  for your reference

4. Do I order online ?

5. What is the difference between single side printed side wall and double sided printed walls ?

Walls can either have printing on one side and a plain color on the opposite side (single sided printing) or they can have printing on both sides (double sided printing). Our 600D PU coated polyester that we use for printing is white. Therefore if you choose a single sided wall the reverse color will be white. During the artwork process our team will ask you if you want the printing to face internally within the custom tent or if you would prefer it to face outwards. 
If you choose double sided printing you can have printing on both sides of the wall. When manufacturing double sided printed walls we use three pieces of fabric. The inside printed fabric, the outside printed fabric and also a lockout layer in the middle.

6. Can we just order the printed roof or side walls ?

Yes ,and our min order is 1 pcs with your logo printed .Any colors we can print , we do the heat transfer printing on the fabric , the printed colors will be vivid and more solid .
