SIM Card Punching 4 Stations Machine is used to punch SIM cards with four different functions. It adopts precise molds, can punch 2FF+3FF+4FF standard SIM card, half card or quarter card on standard card base. By changing molds could punch nonstandard card, mini card or irregular card, etc. This model of SIM punching machine could perfectly fulfill punching needs of smart card manufacturing customers.

1. It can optional punch single or double Multi-sim with half cut in one card.

2.  Suit for punching single chip, dual chips or four chips card, just change the mold. When punch half card, stamping or cutting can be chose.

3. The X,Y direction of punching mold can be adjusted.

4. Controlled by Servo motor, low noise and stable.

5. Double cards detection function.

6. Card detection function makes sure the correct card direction when transfer. 

7. Special location design can punch different cards with special shapes. 

8. Two different out feeding designs; cards can be collected automatically.
