Slot Milling and Antenna Pulling Out Machine adopts advanced laser cutting technology to cut the antenna in dual interface card and collect by wire sorting device, which is running after milling slots on dual interface smart card. There is a air nozzle to clean card surface for next working station.

The laser tube is controlled by servo system, while milling head and wire pulling head are driven by cylinder which is also controlled by servo system.

Precise system and stable controlling software makes it working stably with high efficiency.

Milling station is controlled by servo motor. X-Y axis accuracy: ±0.01 mm, Z axis accuracy:  ± 0.01 mm and flatness accuracy:  ±0.02 mm.

High precision milling and pulling head guarantee the accuracy of milling and antenna pulling out processes, only in this way could keep coil away from damage.
