Smart Card Multiple Chips Milling and Embedding Machine is one model of multiple functions smart card manufacturing machine, it is integration of smart card milling and embedding functions for one chip, dual chips and four chips smart card, which makes it can fulfill different needs of smart card company and manufacturers.  

Programs can be designed with any one milling head from PC, max. 5 slot layers can be set, each milling program can be saving independently.  

Smart Card Milling and Chips Embedding Machine is equipped with auto sweeping function, which can clean the card surface for next chips embedding and pressing processes.

Features:

1. Specialized fixture design for card centering system, protecting the milling depth from the influences of the card thickness and dimension.

2. For single chip, dual chips or four chips, the machine can embedding the small(6 pin) or big(8 pin) chip, just need to change the tool. For four chips and welding group.

3. X and Y the two separated milling stations can mill different profiles at the same time, or individually. It settles the difficult problem of adjusting the center place on two stations while milling.

4. Z-Axis moving is realized through guide and ball screw driven by high precision servomotor, to provide the accurate milling depth. Special tool changing program make tool changing is fast and convenient. 

5. Milling slot detection device ensures the pass rate during milling, if there is milled, then the card go to next station, if there is without mill, then the card will be moved to waste box. 

6. Film loading is controlled by serve motor with sensor detection. Faulty module can be distinguished automatically. 

7. Servo motor working with high precision guider and lead screw makes module transfer more stable and reliable. Module transfer position can be changed easily.

8. Special design for hot press station makes sure module sticking to plastic card tightly. It is convenient to change the hot pressers.

9. Cards transferred through belt driven by servomotor ensure the safety and stability of the machine. 

10. Personalized software design makes the operation easy and simple.

11. ATR test system ensures qualified rate of embedding.

12. Special feeding design avoids unloading double cards caused by static electricity.

13. Milling head A and B running time and tool punching time can be calculated and reset.

14. Bad module can be rejected automatically and fill a good module function can be selected. 

15. Output of this model will depend on amount of chips and layers:

Single chip:  Mill 2 layers are about 6500~7000 SIM/h, mill 3 layers are about 3000~3500 SIM/h;

Dual chips:  Mill 2 layers are about 6500~7000 SIM/h, mill 3 layers are about 2000~2500 SIM/h;

Four chips:  Mill 2 layers are about 7500~8000 SIM/h, mill 3 layers are about 2500~3000 SIM/h.
