The Smart Card Full Auto Cutting Trimming Machine is used to cut and collate sheet materials for next card manufacturing processes. This model is the integration of material feeding, cutting and collecting functions. It adopts material detecting device and manipulator to realize feeding and collecting material automatically.

Features:

1. This model of trimming machine adopts the electrical eye to detect the material during feeding and collecting processes. It could stop material feeding automatically if material runs out, meanwhile it could detect the material collection device, if material is filled out, it will stop working and make alert.

2. The material pressing stick could guarantee the flatness of sheet material and the stability of meterial transporting.

3. Four suction disk could attracted material tightly, after reaching the rotating position, it will auto put down sheet material.

4. Cutting parts will cut two edges of sheet material at one time, the rotating platform will rotate material after one cutting, to realize full cutting process.

5. Manipulator of material collecting parts could catch material accurately, and pull material to collecting device, to realize collection.

6. Material feeding could be await while previous meterial is being cut. Which improve the working efficiency and productivity.
