Smart Card Position Full Auto Sheet Collating Machine

Smart Card Position Full Auto Sheet Collating Machine is used for full auto sheet feeding, collating, bonding and collecting. There are transparent films on upper and lower layer, with sheets in the middle layer, bonding 3 to 5 sheets together by ultrasonic, reduce the labor cost and improve the production efficiency.

Sheet correcting platform with CCD positioning and XY correction structure adopts vacuum absorption method to prevent the sheet offset during correcting. 

Conveyor belt is used to convey collated sheet material, there are vacuum hole on the belt to prevent the sheet offset during the bonding process. And it adopts the conveying method of one-way cycling to improve the feeding accuracy.

This model of sheet collating machine is integration of sheet material feeding, collating, correcting, bonding, and collecting automatically, which is applicable for printing sheet, inlay, surface magnetic film, PVC, PC and so on.
