ANATASE TIO2 WHITE MASTERBATCH  W6060-A

 White Masterbatch W6060-A is one high concentration white masterbatch,  the Titanium is Anatase type, the content is as 60%, the Calcium Carbonate filler is only 5%. Compared with the Rutile Type TiO2, the Anatase TIO2 White Masterbatch W6060-A has advantages on the price, but Rutile White Masterbatch has more anti-aging abilities, so it would be more suitable for in-door plastic products. The  White Masterbatch W6060-A is made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier 6201,  China made high quality Anatase Titanium with high quality calcium carbonate filler, including some chemical lubricant additives,  it has excellent dispersion and opacity, smooth surface finish.  The White Masterbatch W6060-A are suitable for most  PE and PP plastic blowing film and injection products, extrustion pipe.

TiO2 (Anatase)                  60%

Virgin LLDPE                     25%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           5%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

Compatiabilities of White Masterbatch W6060-A

It compatiable with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS so on.

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 2-4%.
