50% TiO2 White Masterbatch

WHITE MASTERBATCH  W6050

As one high grade White Masterbatch,  the White Masterbatch W6050 has its own advantages on the quality and price.  White Masterbatch W6050 is  made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier 6201,  China made high quality Rutile Titanium with high quality calcium carbonate filler, including some chemical lubricant additives.  The White Masterbatch W6050 are suitable for most   PE and PP plastic blowing film and injection products, extrustion pipe. The titanium content of  White Masterbatch W6050 is 50%,  Rutile type TiO2, 20% calcium carbonate filler, good dispersion and nice opacity.  

Ingredients of White Masterbatch W6050:

TiO2 (Rutile)                    50%,

Virgin LLDPE                     25%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           15%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

 Property: The White Masterbatach is environment-friendly, nontoxic, smellless, spotless, smooth appearance and stable color, good dispersion. Reduce cost and save additives, no pollution during production.

Compatiabilities of White Masterbatch W6050

It compatiable with LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS so on.

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 2-4%.
