The White Masterbatch W6040 is one most well sold white masterbatches, the suitable Titanium content and competitive price make it have its own advantages.  White Masterbatch W6040 is also made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier 6201,  China made high quality Rutile Titanium with high quality calcium carbonate filler, including some chemical lubricant additives. The titanium content of  White Masterbatch W6040 is 40% Rutile TiO2, 28% calcium carbonate filler, good dispersion and  opacity.  White Masterbatch W6040 is  suitable for  PE and PP plastic blowing film and injection products, extrustion pipe.

TiO2 (Rutile)                    40%,

Virgin LLDPE                     22%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           28%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

Compatiabilities of White Masterbatch W6040

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 2-4%.
