20% Rutile TiO2 White Masterbatch

WHITE MASTERBATCH  W6020

Except the the TiO2 content difference, the White Masterbatch W6010 is  basically the same as W6010, it is also made of Saudi Arab imported virgin LLDPE carrier,  China made high quality Rutile Titanium with calcium carbonate filler, including some chemical lubricant additives.  White Masterbatch W6020  has 20% Rutile type Titanium powder, 50% calcium carbonate filler, it is also the  economical type white masterbatch for lower requirements end-applications. White Masterbatch W6020 is mostly suitable for  PE plastic blowing film and some low-ends injection products, or extrustion pipe,  not suitable for high quality pipe and injection, because of the high content of the filler, which could affect the end products physical performance.

Ingredients of White Masterbatch W6020:

TiO2 (Rutile)                     20%,

Virgin LLDPE                     20%

CaCO3 (1,000mesh)           50%

Wax and Additive:              10%

Appearance:.2.5*3.5mm column/ or round white pellet, no polish

 Property: The White Masterbatach is environment-friendly, nontoxic, smellless, spotless, smooth appearance and stable color, good dispersion. Reduce cost and save additives, no pollution during production.

Usage: Mixing with materials evenly before production, no need to pre-drying.

Dosage: suggested 4-10%.
