PE Anti-Block Masterbatach

The blowing film of Recycle PE (polyethene) material would cause some problem on the opening of the bag.   The two layers of films always sticks tightly together, is not easily separate it.  PE Anti-Block Masterbatch  could effectly overcome the problem, it could absorb the moistures from the materials, overcome the defects caused by the moisture, and also create some gap between the films surface,so that the films could be easily separated.    Made with PE carrier and some chemical additives, the PE anti-block masterbatch  is suitable for PE and PP applications.

Appearance: transparent/ milky white round 2mm - 3mm pellets

Features: environmental -friendly, smelless, can significantly improve the transparency of plastic products, surface finish, to prevent thermal deformation, shrinkage of the molding cycle, etc..

Melting point:11.5g/10min (2.16kg/190 DEG C) 

Gravity: of 1,150kg/m3 

Application temperature :120 to 250 DEG C

Moisture Content: less than or equal to 0.1% , insoluble in water
