20% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6015

the 20% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6015 is also made by the single screw extruder,  made with carbon black content--20%  and 40% calcium carbonate filler and recycle PE carrier,  it has the advantage on the price comparing with the carbon content. Due t the low MFI, the 20% CB Filler Black Masterbatch is  mostly applied as the filler black masterbatch with low requirements injection and extrusion, or material compounding, or used for very low quality blowing film.  As filler black masterbatch or compounding, its dosage could be as high as 3-12%. The 20% CB Filler Black Masterbatch cannot be used for high requirements production, because it could affect the final products performance and finish.

Composition
Carbon Black Content=20%±1%
Carrier=Recycled PE+EVA

Carbon Black =M8300

Calcium Carbonate= 600mesh

Compatiable Applications
Black 6015 is compatialbe with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage
Black 6015  is for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, it completely avoids pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
3-12% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging
Black 6015  is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
