12% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6010
The same as model 6010, made by the single screw-extruder machine, the 12% CB Filler Black Masterbatch 6010 has very low carbon black content--12% carbon black, very high calcium carbonate filler, the cheapest price advantage. The 12% CB Filler Black Masterbatch is also mostly applied as the filler black masterbatch with low requirements injection and extrusion, or material compounding, or used for very low quality blowing film. As filler black masterbatch or compounding, its dosage could be as high as 4-20%. The 12% CB Filler Black Masterbatch cannot be used for high requirements production, because it could affect the final products performance and finish.

Method of Usage
Black 6010 is direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, it effectly avoids pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
4-20% subjected to the final products requirements.
