High MFI Black Masterbatch

Description

The 38% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch E127 is one high melting flow index black masterbatch.   It is made with transparent  Polyethene carrier,  high tinting power carbon black (M8200+ZY-2) , super fine CaCO3 and  speical chemical additives, The black Pellts are polished  by PE wax, and look as shiny surface and finish, the MFI is as high 120gram/10 mintues 21.6kg &190 Cdegree. The 38% Carbon Black black masterbatch E127 is one middle-high grade black masterbatch, with competitive price and general use applications, this product has its advantages in the China and oversea market.    The 38% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch  is compatiable with polyethene and polypropylene materials, suitable for high quality blowing films production, extrustion pipe production, PP filament so on. The 38% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch  does not smell with order.

Method of Usage
The 38% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch E 127 has excellent dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
The 38% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch E127 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg plastic or paper bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
