Description
The black Masterbatch E107 is is made of recycle PE and EVA carrier, plastic carbon black N220 and super fine CaCO3 filler, adding with special chemical additives, The Black Masterbatch E107 is an economical grade black masterbatch for polyethene application with absolute advantages. The Black Masterbatch E107 is appliable for using in films with middum performance requirements and the typical end products are trash/garbage/shopping bags. It is not good for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements

Carrier=Recycled LDPE
Carbon Black =N220 + N330
Calcium Carbonate= 800mesh
Compatiable Applications
Compatiable with using in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
The black masterbatch E107 has good dispersion ability and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
2-4% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging
Black pellets packed with 25kg per coating paper bag or plastic bag, storage in dry and cooling place, avoid sunshine and humidity.
