32% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch

Description

The 32% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8030B is one modified version based 8030,2% more black masterbatch, but a little lower melting flex, the same as 8030, it is  made with transparent recycle PE carrier and  high tint strength carbon black (M8200) and super fine CaCO3, polished  by PE wax, have shiny surface and finish. The 32% Carbon Black black masterbatch 8030B is one of the most popularly sold product in Anda products lists,  competitive price and universal applications, has its advantages in the China and oversea market.   The 32% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch is suitable for use in films with middle performance requirements and the typical end product is trash/garbage bags, extrustion pipe production. it is not recommended for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements. The 32% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch  does not have any odor smell, compatiable with polyethene materials

Compatiable Applications
The 28% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 8032B is compatible with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage
The 28% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8032B has good dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging And Storage
