25% CB Black Masterbatch

Description

As one economical grade black masterbatch for polyethene application, the 25% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8020 is produced with the  recycle PE carrier and  fine quality carbon black, including the super fine CaCO3 as the filler,  The 25% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch  is mostly used for low -middle quality blowing films, for example the rubbish/garbage bag, one-time shopping bags so on. It is not recommended for high-end products. The Black Masterbatch  is no any smell and compatible with polyethene materials.

Carbon Black Content=25%±1%
Carrier=Recycled LDPE

Carbon Black =M8200 +M8300

Calcium Carbonate= 800mesh

Compatiable Applications
The 25% Carbon Black Black Mastebatch 8020 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage
The 25% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8020 has good dispersion ability and  is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage
1-4% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging
The 25% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 8020  is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
