Description
The Black Masterbatch 8016 is is an economical black LDPE based masterbatch, containing recycle polymer carrier, high strength carbon black and super fine CaCo3. The Black Masterbatch 8016 is suitable for use in films with low performance requirements and the typical end product is trash/garbage bags. It isn't recommended for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements

Compatiable Applications
Black 8016 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
Black 8016 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
2-6% subjected to the final products requirements.

Packaging
Black 8016 is supplied in pellet form and packed in 25kg per paper or plastic bags. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
