Description
16% Carbon Black Masterbatch is one low grade blowing film black masterbatch, made by the twin-screw extrusion machine, has ggood disperions. The 16% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch is is made with recycle PE carrier, M8300 carbon black, and 600 mesh CaCO3 calcium carbonate filler, an economical black masterbatch for low requirements blowing film. Not recommended for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements

Black 8007 is compatible with LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
Black Masterbatch 8007 is direct used item, mixing with the raw materials evenly before production. Pre-heating is not required. If the raw material contents moisture, adding 2-4% dessicant masterbatch is one good sulotion.
Recommended Dosage
2-8% subjected to the final products requirements.
