Epoxy Resin Letter Signs
Resin letter sign is composed of three parts: the outer casing, the filling material and the light source. The outer metal sheet (iron sheet, stainless steel, etc.) is welded and formed; the filling material in the outer shell is natural leveling molding of epoxy resin casting; the light source is an ultra-high brightness LED patch module. The metal side is treated, and then the liquid resin which has been adjusted to the desired color and transmittance is cast in a font. The whole letter sign is simple and beautiful after finish. The metal edge and the casting surface are naturally combined, never cracking, and overcome the shortage of the common metal edge and non-metal surface due to manual error and material thermal expansion and contraction coefficient.
