Trimless frontlit channel letter signs are built up with stainless steel channels, 10mm thick opal acrylic faces and waterproof LED modules lighted up. The 10mm thick opal acrylic is CNC router cut edges to be fitted into the ss channels perfectly and mounted by screws from sides. In addition, the vinyl graphics applied to the front acrylic faces to achieve more possibility of brand adverting. Normally the inner of the stainless steel channels are painte to white color to reflect more lightings evenly.
All our LED lighted letter display signs fully comply to EU standards and come with 3 years warranty.
