Mingxue(MX) is a national high-tech lighting company who has been engaged
in the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of LED components and LED lighting
products since its establishment in 2005.
At present, our business mainly consists of three parts:
LED components encapsulation -monthly output of DIP and SMD LED exceeds
100,000,000 pcs;
LED decorative soft strip - monthly output exceeds 500,000 meters;
LED indoor lighting -monthly output of LED Spotlights and bulbs exceeds
400,000 pcs)
The plant occupies around 10,000 square meters. The individual six-storey
building now contains more than 400 workers. Meanwhile, 28 sophisticated
engineers are employed to serve the clients.
Quality Control Chart
1.In-coming Quality Control : All raw materials need to be RoHScompliant and need to be fully inspected by IQC staffs. Only
qualified materials are allowed to flow to warehouse for further
production.
2.In Process Quality Control: We have strict quality requirement on
every production section. All products need to be 100%
inspected in assembling and packaging sections. Only qualified
products are allowed to flow to next producing section.
3.Final Quality Control: Only qualified finished products are
allowed to be put in storage. All finished products must be RoHS
compliant.
4.Outgoing Quality Control: In order to ensure the quality of our
products are 100% qualified. We will take QOC inspection before
the shipment. All finished products must be RoHS compliant.
