Electrostatic powder spray  machine line

Electrostatic powder spraying machine  line USES the principle of electrostatic spraying to spray the work piece. The spraying machine is equipped with powder electrostatic spraying  gun, controller and a set of small powder feeding system.

Electrostatic powder spraying machine is generally powder barrel and vibrating screen type of two powder for the form.

It works simply by pouring the powder into a powder bucket and transferring it through a powder pump on the lid (venturi or HDLV) to a spray gun, which usually consists of a smoot-looking gun body, a built-in or external high-pressure generator, and a powder pipeline.
