Manual spray painting line is used when you would like to have full control ove the painted products, especially to those products with dead angles. While the automatic line can bring high rate production, its only best choice for simple shapes like flat plates, bottles etc. But for some complex shapes like artwork that come with lots of blind angles, the auto spraying can not reach everywhere as expected. Under such circumstance, manual work is the best choice.
Manual spray painting line include following main parts: Cleaning components, heating oven, manual spray gun, curing oven and cooling conveyor.
The main difference comparing to automatic version is the gun settings. We can apply robotic spray guns or positioning guns to work as preset programming, for manual spraying we need to handle the work completely by hands and find problems for quick fixing during the process.
