    Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q:  What's the lead time?
A:  Samples need 3-5 working days,mass products need 7-15 days.

Q:  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:  Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex Or TNT).Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need.
    It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive except Sea transportation.

Q:  How to process the order if I have logo to print?
A:  We will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation, finally if sample is ok, we will go to mass production. 
 
Q:  How to deal with the faulty lights ?
A:  Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%,so usually there is no problem for the lights.       Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty(except some models of high-end is 3-5 years) for our lights.During the warranty period,any problem occurred we will undertake all the cost to repair it or send you new ones to replace the faulty ones.In addition,after 2 years warranty,we can still help you to maintain the lights
