How to order from us

1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you needsand send email to us.

2. We will send you PI to you to confirm and arrange the payment.

3. We will arrange production after receiving your bank slip copy.

4. Send the tracking No. After goods delivered.

MOQ

1. For the first sample order, we have no limit for the quantity.

2. For the product color, if customized, at least 500pcs to order.

3. For the alarm control panel with customized voice, such as French, Italian, Danish, ect. 100pcs for first order.

4. Need customized manual, gift box, wireless accessories at least 1000pcs to start order, alarm control panel at least 500pcs.

5. Need customized software, at least 1000pcs to start order.

Payment Terms

T/T, Western Union

1. Under T/T, there will be USD35.00 bank charge for each individual remittance.

2. If order value less than 20,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production;

3. If order value more than 20,000USD, we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off before delivery.

Lead Time

1. Sample order can be delivered from our factory in 7 working days.

2. General order can be delivered from our factory in 15 - 25 working days.

3. Big order can be delivered from our factory in 30-35 working days at most.

OEM / ODM Service

1. If the total order quantities are above 50pcs, we can silk-screen print customer’s logo on the products, and put customer’s model numbers in the labels, boxes, and in the manuals free of charge.

2. We accept ODM projects, and welcome your inquiries.

Warranty Policy

We provide one-year warranty for alarm products after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally,

we will supply necessary spare parts.
