Q1. What's your MOQ?

A:The MOQ will be 1 sets for each order.

Q2: What's the lead time?

A: It will be 1-2 days for samples and 2-12 days for bulk order, depends on your required.

Q3. Can I print my logo on the mini computer?

A:Yes, we can print your logo on the Qotom mini computers /package box by silk print , as you required. MOQ:50 pcs

Q4:Can your device work 24h*7 days? And what about the temperature range it can operate in?

A:Yes, our computers can work 24h* 7 days. The working temperature is -10°-55°.

Q4. Can you provide OEM/ODM service?

A:Sure, you can customized the package box, housing(outer shell), interface port, GPS module,3G/4G module and the function of motherboard as you want,the unit price will be different depends on the specification, please contact us Qotom group for more details !

Q5: Can I arrange the shipment by myself ? I have forwarder in China.

A: No problem, we can delivery in China for free. Please inform your forwarder that our products have lithium metal battery on motherboard, that is very important.

Q6: What mode of transport you can choose?

A: DHL,Fedex,UPS, air & sea transportation. Or your freight forwarders.

Q7: How does your factory do related quality control?

A: Quality is top priority. We firstly check the motherboard quality after manufacturing, secondly check the computer before storage in warehouse and thirdly check before shipping out.

Q8: Will it be very hot since the mini computer CPU is fan-less?

A: Qotom fan-less mini pc are using Aluminum alloy case to help CPU heat releasing, even though it is fan-less, it won't be very hot. Normally the temperature range of mini pc is -5-40 degree.

Q9: Possible using 220v AC power?

A: Power supply is an international supply - 120/240 Vac at 50/60 Hz.
