Packing & Delivery The brown paper packing box contains I37C4, power adapter and plug, 2 antennas ( if you choose wifi).  We use double brown paper packing box and EPE to protect the product. There is no logo, no words, no label on it. 

We arrange the shipment timely within 2 business days after payment completed. DHL Express takes about 3 to 5 days to destination, door to door.

Fedex, EMS, HongKong air Post, UPS are options. 
Please note Operating System: We preinstall unactivated Windows 7 Ult English for test by default and do not provide any Windows license. We are just hardware supplier and the price listed is excluding any OS. If you prefer to other OS, please leave a message. Thanks very much for your kind understanding.

Q: Can I print my logo on the mini computer?
A: Yes, we can print your logo on the mini computer by silkprint, it is for free but based on the quantity. We also customize your label.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: It will be 1-2 days for samples and 2-12 days for bulk order, depends on your required.

Q: What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T, western union, Paypal and Trade Assurance. For bulk order by T/T and Western Union, we will require 30% deposit first and 70% balance before delivery.

Q: Can I arrange the shipment by myself ? I have forwarder in China.
A: No problem, we can delivery in China. Please inform your forwarder that our products have lithium metal battery on motherboard, that is very important.

Q: What is the warranty?
A: One year warranty.
