Product Description  
  Hydraulic Press for Rubber Vulcanization

 1.  Frame of 4-column 3-plate design for high grde of parallelism between the active plate and the work platform, and leads to high precision of pressing.

  2. Process control such as pressing, venting and machine protecting via PLC control system, with
color screen touch controller.

  3. Slow speed of alignment adjusting is provided to make the molds calibration more safe.

  4. Two-stage speed control with sliding block, high speed closing and low speed profiling pressing,
high speed back stroke.

  5. Ideal of double SLC(Security Light Curtain) makes it safe of operation.

  6. Overload protection device and overrun switch is available.

      Operation Procedure  
1.Mould of Hydraulic Prss Rubber Vulcanization, Rubber Vulcanizer closing,entry, and pressing.     2.Mould of Hydraulic Prss Rubber Vulcanization, Rubber Vulcanizer opening, exit, and upper mold plate opening angle to 90°.
