Fluorescent Pigment For Plastic Coloring, Masterbatches Coloring     Product Description Different with normal pigments, fluorescent pigments can absorb part of the light (including UV light) and transfer it into a longer wavelength and similar to the normal reflected hue light -- fluorescent light which makes this pigment exceptionally bright and of outstanding visibility.  Fluorescent pigments can be divided into thermoplastic, solvent-based, water-soluble three series.
